On our way down the Estuary, we will enjoy a delicious Marmitako (Basque fish stew), the traditional fishermen’s meal, cooked with an Amatxu’s (Basque for mother) love and wash it down with some of the finest wines from the neighbouring Rioja Alavesa region.
